Sounds like 'Not in my back yard'

CLLR JORDAN'S letter (October 4) sounds a little like not in my back yard – or, in his case, front garden.

While I agree with not spoiling our villages, was this the same Cllr Jordan who had a windmill in Rodmersham demolished years ago so that he could have a house built? A house not suitable for a village green.

Is this the so-called "democracy" he writes about in his letter? It sounds like one rule for him, another for us.
