Feedback Form at odds with website

I WAS alarmed to discover that the feedback form provided by the Kent Science Park was at odds with its scoring system for questions 6 and 7.

If you fill in the form by hand and post it, then you score with the figure 1 very important and 10 no importance. However, if you fill in the form online, you are asked to score the opposite way round, with 1 no importance and 10 very important.

When the Kent Science Park managers decide to access the information asked for, how will they be able to judge fairly what degree of importance is given? To make a glaring error in their literature does not give me confidence in their sincerity for justifying the destruction of countryside and landscaping.
